Privacy policy

This policy explains what Doormatify collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your pet's photo and details (name, the words you choose): used only to create your design and print your mat.
• Order information (email, shipping address): used to fulfill your order and send order updates. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Usage analytics: we use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Plausible to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How your photo is handled

• Photos are stored privately and are never shown publicly.
• Photos are sent to our AI image providers solely to generate your design.
• Photos from sessions that don't result in an order are deleted within 90 days.
• Our staff can access uploads only to operate the service and resolve support issues.

Who we share data with

Only service providers that make the product work: Supabase (storage and database), Stripe (payments), our AI image providers (design generation), our email provider (order emails), and the analytics services above. We never sell your data.

Your choices

Email support@doormatify.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have your photos and personal data deleted. We'll keep records we're legally required to retain (like order and payment records) and delete the rest.
