How does Doormatify work?
Upload a photo of your pet, pick an art style and the words, and our AI draws them as custom doormat artwork. You see the finished designs on both mats before paying a cent. Then we print your mat and ship it to your door.
Do I see the design before I pay?
Always. You only check out after seeing your pet's finished artwork on both mats and choosing the one you love.
What's the difference between the outdoor and indoor mat?
The outdoor mat ($74) is natural coir fiber with a woven plaid border and a rustic portrait of your pet printed directly on the coir; it's built for real doorsteps. The indoor mat ($49) is soft, low-profile polyester with a full-color illustrated scene printed edge to edge; it lives just inside the front door.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright photo taken from the front, with your pet's face easy to see and only one pet in the frame. Phone photos are perfect. If a photo won't work well, we'll tell you right away and you can try another.
Can I change the words on the mat?
You choose from a set of greetings like "Welcome Home" and "Wipe Your Paws", or personalize it as "The [Your Name] Family". You can change the words at any point before checkout without redrawing the art.
How long until it arrives?
Every mat is made to order. Yours arrives in 7-10 business days, with free shipping anywhere in the US.
Cats too? What about my chinchilla?
Any pet at all. Dogs and cats are the usual suspects, but rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, lizards and horses all draw beautifully. Upload the photo and we'll draw whoever is in it.
What if something is wrong with my mat?
If your mat arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll reprint it free or refund you. See our return policy for the details.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
